About Jeffrey Douglas Kaliel

For more than 10 years, Jeffrey Douglas Kaliel has worked as a lawyer in both California and Washington, DC. Dedicated to protecting the public, he has spent much of his career handling class action cases, often providing representation to plaintiffs. These cases resulted in hundreds of millions in relief, and predominantly focused on protecting the public from predatory financial services products, such as overdraft fees. Jeffrey Douglas Kaliel practices as a partner through Kaliel PLLC, a plaintiffs’-side consumer class action law firm that he established shortly after his historic class action settlement with Bank of America in 2017.
